True hardwood does need to be nailed perpendicular to the floor joist, so in the event you want to have hardwood installed over concrete, engineered hardwood flooring is a great option.
Sanding and refinishing is a labor-intensive job that can surely cause customers a headache has never been made so easy. Action carpet offers full restoration of hardwood flooring with our sanding and refinishing service. We use state of the art absco oil based poly urethane, and can mix and match any stain and provide samples of the color prior to the work being done! We can move furniture, contain our dust and provide an up to date look on those old floors!
